According to the analyst Fred Gushin, founder of the Spectrum Gaming Group, West Virginia, Pennsylvania as well as nine other US states could approve online gambling in 2014 and 2015. Gushin says that because of the intense competition of that part of the country other states would also approve online gambling because they ultimately can’t afford not to. If online gambling becomes successful in Nevada, New Jersey and Delaware, other states will join in. Other online gambling issues according to Gushin include setting up a rigorous registration process, fraud prevention and barring problem gamblers.
