Nevada’s Biggest Casinos lost $1.35 Billion in 2013

las-vegas-sky-line-75x75State regulators reported two days ago that Nevada’s biggest casinos have a combined net loss of $1.35 billion in 2013. This is the casinos’ fifth straight year without an overall profit. However, there is some positive news as well. The total revenue of the 263 casinos in 2013 rose to $23 billion for the third consecutive year. That’s an increase of 0.4 percent, or $99.2 million from the year before.
