21 April 2014 – Senator Lindsey Graham, South Dakota, and Representative Jason Chaffetz, Utah, are continuing their push for restoration of the Wire Act and a ban on all forms of online gambling in the US. Once again they are attacking the decision on the US Department of Justice in 2011 that the Act refers only to sports betting. They are seeking a debate before online gambling becomes legalized in additonal US states. In an op-ed the two politicians openly state that they oppose the legalization of online gambling in the US.
