26 May 2014 – myVEGAS, a MGM Resorts’ social casino app, is now allowing players to exchange their online reward points at MGM casinos in Mississippi. The app already allows redemption opportunities at MGM’s gaming joints in Last Vegas, but it has been expanded to include the Gold Strike Resort and Casino in Tunica and the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi. Players can redeem their online points for free meals and hotel rooms as well as tickets to live shows and rounds of golf. According to MGM CEO Jim Murren, 80k of myVEGAS’ 2m Facebook fans had visited MGM’s casinos in the Sin City to redeem rewards.
