Vast Majority of Americans Accept Casinos

12 June 2014 – The American Gaming Association conducted a survey nationwide which revealed that 87% of Americans accept casinos and view casino gaming as an acceptable activity. The figures are the best so far for the casino industry and Geoff Freeman, the president of AGA said that “we have seen the benefits of having casinos so we should do what it takes to promote the industry.” The survey also revealed that 70% of the voters think that casinos create jobs and 60% of them believe that casinos boost local economies.
