The American Gaming Association (AGA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced their partnership to fight together against illegal gambling in the US as part of the initiative ‘Stop Illegal Gambling – Play it Safe’. AGA adopted the Internet Crime Complaint Centre (IC3) designed by the FBI. The IC3 is a tool allowing the public to submit tips and complains related to illegal online gambling and crimes. The president and chief executive officer of the AGA, Geoff Freeman, commented on the partnership saying that AGA’s effort with the FBI will help to make significant progress in the fight against illegal gambling.
