Road Worker from Northern Ireland Wins £4 Million on a Scratch Card

A 35-year old Irish road worker, Ross Hearst, has won staggering £4 million on a £10 scratch card. Reportedly, the lucky player decided to exchange a winning ticket whose prize was £10 for the last National Lottery Blue scratch card in the store where he was shopping; Hearst called the win “really unbelievable.” He revealed that he couldn’t believe he had won such a fortune when he scratched the card after his lunch break. The punter and his wife are expecting their first baby in three months and they don’t plan to make any rash decisions on how to spend the money.
